Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number.

We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

In cases of faulty or defective items, we will provide instructions for a return at no cost. In some cases, a return may not be required and a refund or replacement may be offered instead.

Return Address

Returns should be sent to the address provided by our support team, which is based in Ireland.

This address may differ from our registered business address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect.

Changing your mind (EU Customers)

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item under distance selling regulations.

To request a return, please contact us at info@fitstraps.ie with your order details.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If there are any problems, we will let you know. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Discount Codes

From time to time we will offer discount codes to be used at checkout. These discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with the automatic discount applied when buying more than 1 of the same item. So the advice would be to apply the discount code if you have one, and see whether the applied discount code or the automatic discount code for buying more than 1, gives you the better price, and go with that.

Wear to watch lugs and strap security
Please note that the lugs (the parts of the watch case that hold the spring bars in place) can naturally wear down over time. When this occurs, it may affect how securely either an original or replacement strap sits on the watch and, in some cases, could cause a strap to detach unexpectedly. While it happens very rarely, it is a well known issue with watches and it is something to be aware of. We strongly recommend ensuring your strap is fitted very securely and does not move or wiggle once installed. Fitstraps.ie (Stellar Audio Limited) accepts no responsibility for any loss, consequential loss, or damage resulting from a strap becoming detached. If, on receipt and upon fitting the strap, you feel that the replacement is not fully secure, you are welcome to return it to us so we can provide an alternative replacement to try.
