Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day if placed before 12:30 pm. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next working day (Monday to Friday). In the unlikely event of an unexpected delay, we will notify you.

All Ireland orders are dispatched directly from Dublin, Ireland.

Delivery times:

Ireland (& Northern Ireland) - We generally use An Post for all deliveries.

Delivery times: 1 - 2 working days typically after dispatch.

All orders within Ireland are dispatched from Dublin.

Rest Of World - We generally use DHL Global Mail (Operated by Deutsche Post). We may use other carriers, depending on the final destination.

Orders are typically dispatched directly by us from Dublin, Ireland.

In certain cases, selected international orders may be fulfilled via one of our suppliers to improve delivery times or where standard shipping services are unavailable.

This applies only to a small number of international orders. (Does not apply to Ireland)

Delivery times:

Northern Ireland: 1 - 2 working days typically

UK: 3 - 8 working days typically

Europe: 4 days - 14 days typically

USA & Canada: 4 days - 14 days typically

Rest Of World: 4 days - 21 days typically

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as postal delays or customs processing.

What happens if my order is delayed or lost?

If you order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us at info@fitstraps.ie. 

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we can offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Customs & Taxes

For customers in Ireland, the EU, Australia, and Canada, any applicable customs charges or taxes are prepaid where required.

If you are contacted by a courier regarding additional charges, please contact us before accepting the package so we can review the situation.

For customers in other regions, customs charges or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, these charges do not apply, but local regulations may vary.
